Q: What is your Shipping Policy?
A: All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Q: Can I return my Tri-Booth?
A: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with Tri-Booth, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Also, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund. This covers the time we’ll need to unpack, test, refurbish, disinfect, and repack the booth for sale to another customer.
